Tungya warehouse program is divided into 5 parts,including cargo check in(register, receive cargo,restowage,withdraw cargo,make receipt,make invoice),cargo check out(write-off bill,load cargo ,make CLP),operation system(new operation,make working plan,check statement,make invoice),report system and data system.Except supporting all basic cases like "register,recieve cargo,invoice,write-off bill,cargo load etc.",this program also supports some special cases like cargo check out,restowage.Warehousing in/out charge,receipt and invoice are automatically produced by the program.It will greatly reduce the error rate caused by the manual operation. We use the process of "register first,then receive cargo,then input data in the system",time will automatically counted by the computer.It will increase the efficiency of cargo receiving.The program can also trace the storage in time and give alert automatically.It will assist the manager to master the resources of the warehouse and arrange them effectively.CLP is automatically produced by the program and can be exported to the EDI system.Meanwhile,the program provides all kinds of reports such as warehousing in/out daily report,monthly report,annual report and supports some special data formats like Excel,PDF,JPG etc.To ensure the security of the data in the company,the program also provides a mechanism to control the right of the application.To understand the requirements of our clients and help the decision-making of the company,the program also provides an analysis system with lots of diagrams.
